Twilight Lexicon has the opportunity to interview Twilight director Catharine Hardwicke at an Official Twilight Convention stop in Vancouver, British Columbia. She talked about casting Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen and Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.
Hardwicke explains how she knew Robert was the perfect man for the job and how she had Taylor audition with a scene from New Moon. she had to make sure that chemistry between Kristen and Taylor was there.
